Prawns with Garlic and Wine Sauce

This recipe is super quick and easy, but absolutely delicious - impress your friends and family!

Ingredients:
|
- 55ml The Grove Avocado Oil
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 1kg Raw Prawn Cutlets
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method:

- Heat oil and cook garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the parsley, bay leaf, chilli and prawns and cook over high heat for 2 minutes more.
- Add the wine and cook for another 3 minutes until the prawns are cooked and the wine has reduced to about half.
- Season with salt & pepper and sprinkle with additional fresh chopped herbs if desired.
