Prawns with Garlic and Wine Sauce
Prawn
This recipe is super quick and easy, but absolutely delicious - impress your friends and family!
Ingredients:
  • 55ml The Grove Avocado Oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • 1kg Raw Prawn Cutlets
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method:
  1. Heat oil and cook garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the parsley, bay leaf, chilli and prawns and cook over high heat for 2 minutes more.
  3. Add the wine and cook for another 3 minutes until the prawns are cooked and the wine has reduced to about half.
  4. Season with salt & pepper and sprinkle with additional fresh chopped herbs if desired.
Serves: 3 - 4
